Red Velvet Whoopie Pie

Should be called a pielet. Not sure how much this costs... a dollar? Eh, good though. Totally should make this.

I love making whoopie pies.. I think the key to the batter is including buttermilk and the key to the filling is including marshmallow fluff. Fabulous. I have a pan, but I think you can just as well use an ice cream scoop for the batter and put it on parchment paper because it is supposed to be pretty thick.

I might have to try this. Especially since it gets your endorsement. I'm a sucker for red velvet. Really I just want chocolate and cream cheese. But it's more fun when it's red.
