Leftover Duck Soup

It's about that time to clear the fridge out of all those holiday leftovers.

Duck (including the sauce that came with it)
Bok Choy
Dried chili flakes
Vegetable stock
Sweet potato vermicelli noodles

No real instructions, since you just throw the ingredients except the greens into the pot and bring to a boil, and then simmer that sucker down. After about 10 minutes or so, add the scallions, cilantro, and bok choy and cook for another five with the lid on.

Eat with a dollop of chili garlic sauce or a squirt of the rooster sauce.

And of course... ready just in time for the State of the State address.
