Quick Dinner

I'm still adjusting to this new school schedule, so I haven't done much cooking. This however, it relatively quick to cook and pretty tasty.

1 lb frozen shrimp (raw or pre-cooked your choice), thawed
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 bulb garlic, chopped
Mrs. Dash

Heat a pan with enough olive oil to light coat bottom. Cook garlic on medium-low heat until it starts to turn golden brown. Add in the tomatoes, including the liquid). Turn heat up to medium and cook for a few minutes. Toss in the shrimp and depending on which you use, cook until warmed through or cooked. Add Mrs. Dash, or seasonings of your liking.
