Chicken Carbonara Buca di Beppo Style

If you are a fan of Buca di Beppo, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review has a recipe of one of their dishes. There are also step-by-step photos to help explain things.

I thought the Wolf Road location was big, but the one in Pittsburgh has three floors and can seat ~500 guests! It seems excessive, but maybe it's more popular out there.
