Ipod Issues & A Rung Along the Hudson

Steve Jobs can bite me.

It isn't a problem with all the songs on my Nano, but quite a few of them get skipped... a second or two into the song. I don't think the files are corrupted, because I have the same songs on my Dell DJ and there are no problems there.

I did a quick google search and found this. I'm currently doing that for the songs I know are skipping. I guess I'll do the rest when I get back.

Weather's good, so I decided to hit up the Mohawk-Hudson Trail. I've biked it a few times, so I'm pretty familiar with it. I was thinking about bringing my camera with me to take some pictures, but I guess I can do that another time.

EDIT - It wasn't too bad! This "Couch to 5K" program seems good to me so far, and the podcast is definitely helping with the switches between the walking and running. Well, jogging actually. Starts off with a brisk five minute walk to loosen up, then it alternates between a sixty second jog and ninety second brisk walk. The jog isn't supposed to be too fast...you're supposed to be able talk without difficulty. I'm never sure if I'm running properly.

I checked my Nike+ after the week one set, and it was about two miles. Didn't have the wiped out feeling, and only had a slight ache in my calves and quads. Knees once again were pain free. Walked down over to Albany and then headed back to my car in Waterveliet. All in all, 4.56 miles covered... and Lance Armstrong congratulated me on my longest run ever. Go Nike+ motivation!
